Remediation Roster

Employee-grain corrective cases below the range minimum, measured against the live JA ranges. When the client runs governed, each fix is a proposal a reviewer must approve; in an ungoverned sandbox fixes apply directly and exports say so. Both are funded from a dedicated pool.

What This Analysis Does

Flags every in-scope employee paid below the range minimum for their level (80 percent of the level midpoint, the same live ranges cost-equity uses) and carries each fix through the propose-approve state machine.
